At NANUK, we stand by the quality of our professional protective cases and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your case doesn't meet your requirements, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Case
Ensure the NANUK case is in its original, unused condition and place it back in its original packaging including all foam inserts and accessories.
Ship the Item
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our distribution center using a tracked shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
